Adventure Science Center

A couple weeks ago the girls and I headed to Nashville and my mom and sister and I took the girls to adventure science center. Adeline was free, Lillian was $11 and Adults were $14. We had something like this place in Huntsville but this was WAY better! Lots of hands on activities. Lillian really enjoyed it and I'd say its geared towards 4-10yr olds.

Rise Above: Kite Festival

April is National Kite Flying month. Who knew? Our town had it's inaugural kite festival this morning at the high school not far from our house so we went to check it out and glad we did. Lillian enjoyed flying the kite for about 5 minutes but loved seeing all the other ones. Bonus we saw lots of friends there too. It was a little chilly with the wind blowing but perfect kite flying weather. There wasn't just kite flying going on. There were also vendors, food trucks, and bounce houses.
